Our Order Procedure
When a new client, our sales manager will communicate clearly with he/her on project feasibility, estimated cost, timeline, and other business information. Ensuring our clients will fully understand the whole process.
We need customers to provide detail requirement and documentations, so we can move forward to a cost evaluation. If for a manufacturing job, we need 2D/3D drawing, material, and order quantity to quote, if a product development job, we need to evaluate the project task.
When you are ready to place an order, you should make some pre-payment to seal your order. So we can move forward our cooperation to engineering step.
At this stage, we will perform 2D, 3D, and other engineering job, so as to finalize our definition for manufacturing engineering.
We make prototypes to validate our design and check where we can improve, If everything is optimized, we will set up a pilot run to check the our manufacturing system so that the mass production will be running smoothly
After prototyping is successfully done, we will prepare a production trial to verify if our design is mostly optimized. If everything is running correctly, we will send some samples to customer for review, meanwhile, a golden sample will be signed back from our clients.
Prior to mass production, we will get our operators, QC, technicians well-trained. So our whole system will work align with our design specification.
When mass production is running smoothly, it's time to handover our job to clients including all of design and manufacturing files, specification, and document. So our clients can use those material freely.
